Our History
On December 12, 2010, the Nueva Visión Agrarian Cooperative Ltda was established under the civil organization model “Association of Cocoa Producers Nueva Visión de Cachiyacu” and is registered in the Registry of Legal Entities of the Public Registry of Juanjuí through the registry entry no. 11023529 with RUC 20494185661. Its main activity is the collection and marketing of cocoa beans with organic and fair-trade certification.
Who are we?
We are an agricultural cooperative made up of 50 families producing cocoa, banana, cocona, pineapple and coconut. We produce biol to be applied in plantations as the main foliar input; 100% of our plots are georeferenced and are cultivated in an Agro Forestry System (SAF). We are currently implementing our digital traceability system to demonstrate compliance with the European Regulation (zero deforestation)
